Life offers you frustrations sometimes but God offers the way to eliminate these moments that comes to destroy our joy and our peace. (This is an emotion, a subjective response to a person, thing, or situation.)

Emotions can help us to id things.

Is there an answer or a way of escape? When we are in frustrating situation all we want is out! 
Some of these frustrations even push us to the edge of bad decision. That can then lead to turmoil.

2 a state of noisy, confused activity <avoided the turmoil of the mall during the holiday season> commotion. 

When we have turmoil there is no peace.  Even when we have to make some vital decision and staring you in the face seem like the most resolvable answer.  .
Colossians 3:15
"let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also ye are called"    

How does God's Word help?  God is Jehovah Shalom, the God of peace. Life is not meant to be a journey of frustrations and turmoil’s, but of joy and peace.  These things come from God and walking closely with God leads us to the joy and peace that only God can give.
